Member registration and management
Verification of identity, personal identification, prevention of fraudulent use by malicious members, prevention of unauthorized use, confirmation of intent to join, restriction on the number of joinings, prevention of duplication of new joining benefits after withdrawal, confirmation of the consent of the legal representative when collecting personal information of minors under 14, verification of the legal representative for future dispute resolution, record retention for dispute resolution, handling complaints, notification delivery, confirmation of the intention to withdraw membership.
(1) When registering as a "member":
Mandatory information (personal information collected to provide basic services): ID, password, (corporate or individual) name, email address, phone number, duplicate registration confirmation information(D), legal representative information (if the person trying to join as a "member" is a minor under 14, information about the legal representative, including name, date of birth, and duplicate registration confirmation information).
Optional information (personal information collected to provide additional services beyond basic services): date of birth.
(3) Information Obtained From Third Parties During Social Sign-up and Login:
Social media information: The Company may collect information from users logging in through social media platforms such as Kakao, Apple, Naver, Google, etc. The privacy policies of these platforms apply to your activities and the collection, use, and processing of personal information. These platforms may provide us with information, and we process this information according to this privacy policy.
Third-party login information: If you connect or log in to our service through third-party services such as Kakao, Apple, Naver, Google, etc., you may choose to transfer registration information, friend lists, profile information, etc., managed by the respective service, depending on your personal information protection settings.
